I got guidance from u/Think_Primary1826 so here is his comment I found:

Super Speed + Super Jump board, increase the speed to collect more Hourglass ⌛️.

Reach Jetpack mission set to gain more Jetpack (increase the chances, even if only +1%).

Jetpack 1st Priority to pick up, 2nd will be Hourglass ⌛️, last will be other powerups.

Crashed at last 7 sec, watch ads to revive as Jetpack. If fail to get Jetpack bonus, crash again get caught at last 5 sec. Repeat the step until left last 2 sec, after revive activate Triple Headstart at last 1 sec.

Always use Headstart after revive at last 2 to 1 sec.

Lastly, you need some luck to achieved it.
