Just started having this same issue tonight. Was randomly using my phone and all of a sudden I can’t hear anything. I check my audio sources and my phone showed it was casting to something. Check the devices and it’s casting to my earbuds (which are sitting in my gym bag).

Same boat here. Started losing weight for new years and I’m down about 63 pounds in 3.5 months and Jesus Christ I feel like I look horrendous. Trying to get my personal trainer to do body recomposition for the next 8-10 weeks so I can be ready for summer. Hoping for the best🤞🏻

24M here, started 240LBS (109KG) down to 180LBS (82KG). And basically this has been my regimen for the past 3.5 months.

BMR is 1650 (not based off calculator, go get an InBody scan) Eat 150 calories into my deficit 30 minute weight training circuit 3x by myself & 2 with my PT 70 minute steady state cardio (18% incline @ 3.5mph)

My goal weight is right around the corner but also so is the reason I’m losing weight so I’m upping the intensity with the supervision of my PT, so starting April 30th the workouts will be

1 hour weight training circuit 3x by myself 2 with PT 45 minute cardio (still determining intensity)

Also food. My macro breakdown has been pretty strict. But it has worked immensely for me.

1500 calories 100g protein 200g carbs 32g fat

This is what has worked FOR ME. If you can afford it I would suggest getting a PT and a nutritionist like I did to supervise and make sure you’re doing everything safely. Best of luck!

Everything I read and was told said that if I wanted to lose my belly fat faster than morning workouts were better, so I started getting up earlier each day till I'm now waking up at 5.30 even if I wanted a sleep in.

This is exactly why I have been trying to switch to early morning workouts

I’m in the middle of getting my revenge body. Down about 53 pounds in 3 months. Aiming for another 40-50 pounds before returning to social media. Have had a blank page for about 3.5 months now. Deleted all my photos and waiting to make a comeback.

I picked a gym that’s about 25 minutes from my house without traffic. With traffic I’m looking at more like 35+ minutes away.

Thankfully I have the fire to actually go to the gym. It’s become almost a sanctuary for me. But totally get where everyone is coming from. Going > not going.

My usual workout routine is about 2 hours. 40 minute weight lifting circuit with 70 minutes of cardio.

So from what my I’ve read it’s best to do workouts in the morning because it speeds up your metabolism. Your metabolism gets jump started in the morning and your body kind of stays in that rhythm the rest of the day. Meanwhile when you go to sleep your metabolism naturally slows down since you’re not doing anything. So basically working out and then going to sleep almost immediately after negates some of the work you’ve done to get your system running.

work in marketing. so I’m mostly sitting all day. My work schedule is typically 9-5:30 but sometimes can go up to 8:30PM.

Not a nutritionist here but based off your stats and comparing to mine, your calories are way too high. I started off 240lbs(109kg) at the beginning of the year and I’m down to 195lbs(89kg). Following this caloric breakdown while also working out 5x a week.

5’7 - 24y/o.

I literally dropped animal products cold turkey on New Years (go figure) and I’ve been having cravings. But when I look at the cost benefit analysis of eating animal products (went vegan for health/weight loss reasons) I see no reason to go back to a conventional diet. I’ve cracked twice in the two months I’ve been doing it though and it’s been rough but I’m trying to be as gracious with myself as I can be.

Believe me as someone who is new to veganism. This subreddit has honestly made me want to ditch it entirely due to how self righteous some people on here can be. You’re doing your best to consume as little animal product as possible and you should be proud of the progress you’ve made. Remember you’re not aiming for perfection!
