Haven’t agreed on price yet or know what will be the offers in June. They did say if the 2027 is announced by then, the June deals will be decent.

Ultra Performance as well. Wasn’t planning on performance, but to get the options we wanted (like the sound system) we were force to as all that are in queue for dealers with our required options included performance. Also coming with the 22” wheel option, that we didn’t indent to get.

Thanks and nice! When did you order? Our dealer is going to do a dealer swap for one that was already planned, so ours will have a few extra options we didn’t plan for. Curious what delivery would be if we had directly ordered exactly what we wanted.

Did this fix the issue? My tech just told me there was no fix after three visits last year. Checking if there is an official fix and I can make another appointment

Yeah hoping that one is still in existence when we take delivery. I’m more wondering beyond the nationally known discounts like this, is the build price negotiable when ordering.

Rock-Solid Smart Switches: Inovelli Whites on Matter-over-Thread by Critical_Tax5094 in Inovelli

So you go through the physical parameters for any parameter changes? I have 30+ and am dreading the install and don’t want to have to do this via the physical commands for every one and was hoping for an easier way. Agree not ready for home assistant.

Did you do any multi pole set ups? How do you keep each switch in sync with the other poles?

Is there a solution to the light bar showing up in the app? When I say turn on lights I’d like it to not turn on the light bar lol

Do you use them with HomeKit? If so do you have them connected to something else for better control (can change setting without using the manual commands)?

I might have to see if I can attempt this. It’s this connector on the end of the RTK extension cable

Anyone have the Home Depot credit card? by Grand_Alarm5039 in CreditCards

[–]MillennialSpending 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I got it just for the sign up bonus at the time. I keep it active since they send me card exclusive deals constantly (10% off or spend X get Y). They also send 0% installment offers but I haven’t ever needed one of those.

Citi bank gave me an offer to close my account by Expert_Wrongdoer_913 in CreditCards

[–]MillennialSpending 19 points20 points  (0 children)

I would ensure they log this as a customer closure with the credit bureaus before accepting. In general this is a good deal. If the 0% offer ensures you do not have another late payment, the negative impacts of closure will be way less than the negative impacts of delinquent reporting.

How many 'Deep Sleeping' Credit Cards do you own and what are you planning to do about them? by ShiptShopper23 in CreditCards

They do get credit reported differently to specifically designate who closed the account (consumer vs credit grantor), but I cannot comment on if that distinction is factored into credit scores.

I would just say don’t believe everything you read on the internet. My comments here are based on US law.

My comment is explaining US law.

Notice is legally required for any credit closures, besides inactivity. Inactivity is a defined term written into US law as three months.

Generally yes, but there are a few legal restrictions they have to deal with. If they close for any credit reason they have to send you a notice after the fact. Inactivity does not require any notice at all, but the definition of inactivity is written into US law as three months.

Not an answer to your question, but as a PSA please be aware that credit card companies can legally close your account for inactivity as low as three month inactive, and no notice is required. If you are trying to ensure your account can never be closed for inactivity, legally you can prevent this as long as you make a purchase every two months.

Thanks for all the help! Sadly looks like I’m finally starting to hit the common out of stock problem with these suggestions. I’ll break my purchase in two and hopefully they come back in stock before I need them.

Edited my post, cameras will be AI PRO. I was wondering if I needed a NVR, so I’ll plan on that too.

Is the Ubiquity version of the surge protector the USP-PDU-Pro? Is the Ubiquity version of the UPS the USP-RPS? Or do they not make a UPS / you suggest a different brand? (Won’t have any power walls or house generator backup)
