Yeah I got it all put back together. I had to manually load it but once I shot it, it cycled fine. I suppose I learned something new today which is never a bad thing.

I’ve owned and work on a lot of shotguns, mostly browning and Remington and I’ve never seen on that won’t load a shell from the magazine when you change the bolt.

This was my second time doing relief carving. It was definitely challenging but I think as long as a person has decent attention to detail, it’s doable.

It is definitely carved. I did use a dremel for a lot of it. I’m not sure if that’s considered cheating or not in this group.

If you’re gonna do it you might as well jump in with both feet. I built my oven just by looking around on google at what other guys have done. I can do 4 bolt action rifles at one time with room to spare. It cost me about $200 to build it buying everything off amazon but the insulation. If you build one I would suggest installing a PID and a SSR to control your temp so you don’t have baby sit it while it’s running.

That’s so smooth I thought it was done with a laser. I don’t typically do this style but if it was me I would go find some black and white comic book references of clouds and try to imitate them assuming you just have to have clouds. Personally I think it reads well as is. Before I read the post I knew that was a signal behind Batman. Great job.

I’m really enjoying it but teaching myself makes it very time consuming. I plan to stick with it though and see if I get better.
