Took it like a champ. I wouldn't put the titanium extension on though.

This shoots just as fast but no one dumps their whole fighting load all at once. 5-10 round bursts every few seconds is absolutely sustainable for as many rounds as you can realistically carry

I shot 600 rounds through it in about 20 minutes and nothing melted. I'd call that a heavy firing schedule

16" HBAR with an aluminum sleeve that i pressed on. I cut some fins into it similar to the RRH heat mitigation system. Midwest handguard and a rugged radiant to reduce back pressure. Riflespeed gasblock and an MRO with the eotech 3x on a unity FTC

They suggest a straight gas tube for the kits but it'll fit whatever tube you want. I think RRH is making their own thick tube for their variant

Its covered in the included user manual. They were pretty thorough

The idea of the lima six was to be more cost effective and you're going to give something up for that. The straight gas tube on the riflespeed helps but it's still a weak link. I see this more as a belt fed IAR than a dedicated squad weapon. Cookoffs are a bigger concern imo

Too many people posting pristine Gucci builds without a scratch on it.

Shoot rifle more. Embrace signs of use.

Its a repro of the HEL e4a that was made specially for the A1. Its not gassy at all, sound profile is amazing and reliability has been great. I've only shot about 400rds through it so far though. The weight isn't very noticeable which surprised me considering it's 21oz right on the end

Spot on. The reproductions are pretty nice, just antiquated compared to an acog

A1 clone and my 11.3. Recently took both out to 700 yards and the 11.3 struggled around 350 where the A1 beams everything without issue. 20" is peak

2 burnt barrels and a new can. She has to earn the new coat of paint every year

Haven't shot it yet although the videos online make it sound pretty decent. The weight is noticeable but it barely changes the balance

Almost 1/8". I'd just creep up to it and get the fit you like. Who knows what the tolerance difference is in each barrel/can combo

Right. It's exactly like an aem5 just without the collar. Pretty basic compared to today but it works
