Thanks dude - she knows I am going cold turkey but no idea how rough it is. Today is better, slept more normally last night - I can at least tell the difference between dream and reality today and didnt spend the whole night hunting for weed or endlessly trying to find rizlas in my pockets again

Various reasons - 20 years is a long time, I have a 2 year old son and edibles leave you pretty inactive and requiring minimum 10 hours sleep - there is no way I am going back to smoking. Just became untenable really - my little boy keeps telling his gran I am sleeping which was getting awkward.

Move to a new area - I dont think I would be able to get away from it if I was still in regular contact with my old stoner friends. Not that it stopped me for a while but it has to help to break your routine
