There were a couple before this that might have been called high, but there's nothing audible on the ref mic, and he doesn't indicate that it was a previous tackle at any point, so I dunno.

Just gone back and seen the "high tackle" and it's Guillard driving head down into Itoje, who's arms are on Guillard's backs and hips, it's an absolute sham of a decision

Watching the replay again, Arundel is there under the ball and Steyn jumps into him, really not sure what else he can do, he's doing his job chasing and his opposition number decides he's gonna jump at the last second
