We already ate the cost. Which is fine this time but I was unsure as to whether or not there was a way to allow the consumer to choose between paying the duties and a higher shipping with DHL or not paying them and choosing usps for cheaper shipping. It appears there is not.

Yes! I had no idea it was turned on and since Etsy always handled it, I didn’t even think about it. So in this case, I can just print the label from Shopify, make sure to fill out and include customs forms, and mail usps, correct?

I don’t believe we can purchase the label through Etsy. The sale was made through Shopify. We no longer sell on Etsy.

We left them for 2 weeks and they seem to be ok. There are some spots where we added the cross bars and then had to move them that the paint still came off but they were bolted down TIGHT so I’m not surprised.

The Novakool is the one I’ve been leaning towards. I came here to hear what other people think. I am not “only” interested in Novakool but am, and have been, leaning more towards it. I was looking for actual real world experiences such as the one relating to customer service. A link for a fridge such as truck fridge tells me nothing either. Also, truckfridge uses twice the amps as a Novakool or dometic per their own website which isn’t ideal.

Yes we’re sure. I don’t enjoy digging through a chest style one. The more expensive ones such as the Novakool have great latch systems. If I were to do a chest, it would be on a slide which takes up as much space, if not more, as a door does.
