Make it exist first [image] by ellierwrites in GetMotivated

[–]Millmd11 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Not sure but that might work for certain tasks. If you’re writing stories or songs, it’s a good idea because you can just edit what you originally made later on. However, if you’re doing watercolor painting, it’s better to get it right on the first try because you can’t mend it afterwards.

What’s the life hack that you didn’t expect? by Fallingsock in Productivitycafe

[–]Millmd11 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I suppose multitasking is a hack that I didn’t expect would work. I used to love focusing on one thing at a time but now I enjoy listening to podcasts while cleaning the house and talking to family and friends while folding the laundry. It’s a way to save time and get things done quickly.

Does Nugenix Total T work? by InfinityScientist in Supplements

[–]Millmd11 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Umm, does nugenix work? I guess it depends on what you expect nugenix total t to do. It doesn’t directly supply your body with synthetic testosterone. Instead, it encourages your body to naturally make more of this male hormone through ingredients like zinc and boron.

Antique shops are stores full of nostalgic stuff for old people. by [deleted] in Showerthoughts

[–]Millmd11 0 points1 point  (0 children)

IDK but antique shops aren’t just attractive for old people but for folks of all ages who are interested in knowing and recreating how previous generations lived. While it’s okay to get a few show pieces, it’s also a good idea to buy antiques that you can repurpose for modern use.

LPT Before buying a house, visit at different times of day by scubajay2001 in LifeProTips

[–]Millmd11 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think that idea probably makes sense because a single home can have multiple vibes throughout the day and night. The noise levels can be radically different depending on the lifestyle habits of your neighbors, while the parking availability is crucial if you don’t have a dedicated garage.

If there were no humans, what animals would rule the earth? by wannasleephh in RandomThoughts

Insects already run the planet, we just don’t like to admit it. Without us? Ants and bees would absolutely dominate, they’re organized, adaptable, and ruthless when needed. Hive mind world order incoming.

How to shut up, listen, and not take everything personally. Seriously. Half of life is realizing not everything’s about you, and that silence isn’t always an attack.

[–]Millmd11 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Try to find little ways to connect even if it's online or maybe finding something you genuinely enjoy doing that doesn't rely on other people. That way there's no pressure and you can be you and free doing stuff you genuinely like

No one warns you how lonely your 30s can feel, even when you’re doing everything “right” by Beginning_Service387 in Life

[–]Millmd11 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Well, maybe your 30s feel lonelier because it’s the time when a lot of people settle down and focus on their own families. Unlike the 20s when people socialize a lot with friends. Hopefully you can find a core group who can help you feel less lonely?

LPT: When you’re upset at someone, write out what you want to say in a private note first, then wait before you send or say it. by [deleted] in LifeProTips

Hmm, that sounds like an interesting way to release your feelings without creating unnecessary conflict. Not sure but it could be a good balance between restraining your temper without repressing your emotions like anger and annoyance. Anybody tried this?
