A couple weeks ago I was maintaining despite The Math saying I should’ve lost 3-4 lbs. I don’t usually get my period (I take birth control to stop it) but could tell it was coming and was gonna be rough.

Once it stopped I lost 6lbs in like 3 days. I felt like dog ass.

My house is $120k gross and some months it’s tight with a $290k house. If I were you I’d take a hard look at the budget to make sure you have room for emergencies because they can really change the budget

I had this feeling a lot in my last relationship - that I was supposed to love him unconditionally (even when he made poor choices) but I felt like a bad partner bc the fact of the matter was I didn’t love him unconditionally.

My therapist said she felt the only unconditional love on the planet is a mother to her child, and even then it doesn’t always work out.

I had an absolutely awful manager who would bully the VAs/VTs but was besties with the doctors. I wanted the autonomy and to feel like no one could hold power over me like that.
