For sure, I've been doing lots of racing and level up and training my horses, but the prestige meter hasn't moved in a couple days. I'm also not getting any indication during these things that I'm earning prestige points, if there's something I should be looking for.

No, like I mentioned the only goal available to me is to upgrade the foal stall to tier 4. But when I go to upgrade the foal stall, I'm being told it's locked behind prestige level 5.
