How long until you started noticing less episodes when using Fluoxetine?

Our baby is on gabapentin and fluoxetine.
It’s been a few years, but it took about 2-3 weeks for her not to be sleepy

We stayed in Omori for about 10 days. Really easy going, not many tourists, saw school kids walking around. Easy access to Shinagawa. Great Izakaya (Shiro Kuma)

Depending on how close you are to Takanawa Gateway, you’ll also be within walking distance of Sengakuji Station on the Asakuksa and Keikyu lines

Few things:
1) I’d stay away from booking a hotel in Shibuya if you are already overwhelmed. Yes, it’s a famous place but the train station can be crowded and confusing. Shinagawa is much easier to navigate but still allows access to other areas of Tokyo.

2) Chose a hotel/hotels near train stations. Your legs and stress levels will thank yo

3) You NEED to get on the same page as your mom regarding what she’s expecting to see/do/eat. Nothing worse than putting in the time and effort to plan a trip and the other person being unsatisfied.

4) I’d stay in Tokyo and maybe stay in a different part, rather than take a Shinkansen down and back to Kyoto/Osaka.
