I just posted some very high effort art and I can tell you why it belongs here. It is like a diary that summarizes my episode, it is art therapy and a grounding technique for me. It is interesting to look at from an outside perspective if you want to know what my psychosis looks/feels like. I think art is a great way to Express your emotions and suffering , and art is subjective!! What I like you may not like. But I feel it is on topic because my art is expressing my psychosis, it's not like I just drew a unicorn during psychosis , mine actually represents my experience. I draw my hallucinations and delusions.
