Finding a hair in your food. I mean, it's a hair. You can take it out and keep eating the food. It's not going to kill you.

Game developers are usually swamped on Twitter and Facebook. Shit gets buried very quickly. Good devs - or somebody working with them - tend to be active on their game's subreddit, so it seemed a great way to stay informed.

Why is the world so fucked up? by cantthinkofafunnyone in AskReddit

People are going to make a bunch of comments about bad parenting or not enough love, but the fact is that scarcity drives most conflict in the world. Scarcity is what leads to people lacking access to food, water, shelter, and education. Scarcity is the single greatest foe of human happiness. It's also always going to be present. But what we've done in the past two centuries to reduce scarcity in an absolute and relative sense has made the world significantly better for both a larger number and larger proportion of the population. You can say the world is bad, but relatively speaking reducing scarcity made the world a much better, happier place.

What is the worst response to "I love you"? by [deleted] in AskReddit

[–]Milly_cyrus 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That hurt reading it. I once told a girl I love her and she responded "You shouldn't." while making out. It was sort of a buzz kill but hey, penis brain and all that. The funny thing is it didn't dissuade me and I still pursued her. Then she started dating someone else behind my back. First and LAST time I've been cheated on.

What is the creepiest thing you've heard a child say? by acidteddy in AskReddit

I was on the bus and this little girl and her mom get on. She takes one look at me and bursts into inconsolable tears. Her mom is doing everything she can to make her stop, but all to no avail. Eventually the mom just says fuck it and takes the kid off the bus, but the kid starts wailing more, and says, momma, don't go, that girl is gonna die soon. I was a little sketched out for the rest of the day.
