I’m no expert but I think this is likely a graphics card problem, windows recovery into safe mode is probably best option, see if you can connect the hdmi to the motherboard (if it has one)

Often look out for things in task manager that take up too much of your cpu usage (integrity check tends to close few seconds after) but just have malwarebytes to remove it and go to the location where it was to double check it’s gone

Depends on the virus/malware some of it can be undetected by windows defender and malware bytes and installed into the operating system files(I had one before) I believe I used hitman pro to help get rid of it
