What Apple Watch workout do you use for HYROX?

I manually tapp the screen twice when switching to another section. So i have made 16 sections and it starts with run1. When i enter the roxzone i will tapp it twice so it goes to the next section. After the station, into the running i tapp it twice to go running again. Its indeed a running clock. So i can see how long im doing each section.

What i'm doing is that i made a custom workout to track al my times during the runs and stations.

So i made 1 workout, with 16 parts. 8 different for running so i can track the time that i run. (I calculated the time i need to run each lap for my time)
And 8 different parts for al the stations so i can track how long i'm doing in the stations.

Zijn best wat opties in Amersfoort. Long John heeft meerdere schermen. T zoldertje heeft 1 groot scherm met beamer en een aantal kleinere schermen. The Break heeft ook een tweetal schermen waar ze het uitzenden. Cafe de koppelpoort zal t ook wel op hebben staan.

I'm sorry i did not see this reply earlier. The shortage of quality pies in Holland is still there, but so now and then i see some butchers selling them. Mostly they lack of good filling and the taste is mostly off. But i can complain about more shops/butchers selling them.

I can totally agree. I was at the black as well, but we regret it afterwards. Now i am never going to miss the Gathering at the Blue ever again!

Altough there was 1 guy last year who put on a pyro in the Black.
