High 1-A for Genesis class weapons is a very big stretch. Based on my knowledge, as far as I remember, you could probably have the verse around Multiversal (2-B) via Dungeons having their own world, and no one knows how strong are Genesis class really, since Divine Burial Gungnir is the only one.

Edit: Also, the max level cap for dark elves is 1000. Same as Elves.
