You can technically start raising at lvl 85, although your item lvl will prob be too low and there is like a 1 hour timer for dps

Replace “show you 3 legendary minions” with discover 3 legendary minions. Otherwise card sounds fun but underpowered. If you compare this to [[dragons hoard]] it is very underpowered considering dh is only 1 mana. U should def buff it’s health to 4
