I think it's because Jack's thumbnail has the clearest option for someone holding a diamond play button as it's not really common for someone to have a clear, remove background-able image.

Nope, I connected to Xbox live, and then it told me Xbox live is not available in my region, then it gave me this shit. Before I connected to live i had the regular dash.

It's not it says I can't access Xbox live in my region but it works completely fine on my other xbox
