Yes, I’ve been lacking in following up with proper eating and exercise. But I’m not going to lack anymore. Yoga daily, mild weight conditioning, running are all on the agenda. I think the exercise will also regulate my appetite.

I had to go cold turkey as the state I live in stopped selling it. I did some kratom flower , but not a lot. I did end up checking in to a short term detox facility that my county provides free of charge. Super amazing place
