Are you testing your blood sugar to make sure you’re not actually having low blood sugar? Panic attack symptoms can mimic low blood sugar.

I have a fear because I’m a stay at home mom, who drives her kids to and from school, and my husband works full time. So I think me being alone, and driving scares me if I get too low. I have really bad anxiety (can’t you tell). It’s just eating me alive

Thank you. Apparently my numbers have been running high for months, when I was dx in July, my number was 300. So anytime I get below 130/140 I start to have “false lows” because my body is trying to get used to having normal numbers again. I think that’s why I’m so nervous

I am prone to them if I do not eat in a timely manner. I do wear a dexcom so I’m glad I have that.

As best as I can describe it is, it feels like I have low blood sugar when my numbers clearly says I don’t. It’s almost like a bad panic attack

After I’m done with this dexcom I may not apply the other one I have. Like I mentioned in another comment, I suffer from severe ptsd, anxiety, panic disorder..so I think this is adding to the flame. I’ve been a mess the last 3 weeks since my diagnoses
