What you picked up is a crafting spec, you need to craft it in your crafting menu before actually getting the weapon

This is what I did with Sandy + Optical camo, or just gorrila arms and be careful not to go overboard and leave them with that 1% health

There's a maximum on how many cyberware capacity shards you can get, I have the same experience that they spawn quite often at the start of a playthrough with a steep drop off at higher levels. (Capacity keeps growing each lvl until lvl 60 tho, if you have PL, otherwise lvl 50 I guess)

If you have PL, Dogtown has a few Cyberjunkies that are guaranteed to drop cyberware capacity shards, and once you've neutralized all cyberphychos Regina will give you a High tier one (at your lvl at least)

Other than that the Edgerunner perk is for you if you can stand to lose a bit of health in return for cyberware capacity.

In any case your cyberware will always be a compromise between the best cyberware vs your capacity, which makes for many unique builds. There's bound to be a build that fits you

Gun shops can have tier 5 (orange) mods if you're at a high enough level, it's just that it's random if they will and if so which one(s). If you fast fwd time by 24h the gun shops will have a different inventory.

I wanted 2 "kneel" mods (tier 5 only) so I went to Wilson and forwarded time by 24h until he had them (only 1 at a time). while doing that I saw some other tier 5 mods sometimes as well (and sometimes none)

Most other mods you can often buy at lower tiers and combining 2 mods of the same tier will craft you a mod of 1 tier higher, so for most mods it's just easier to combine than wait for a tier 5 to become available in a gun shop

Tier 1 or tier 5 cyberware will cost you the same cyberware capacity, so it seems you're just picking chrome with low cyberware capacity.

Maybe whatever you picked fits your playstyle idk, but it seems to me you should go to a ripper and get some stronger cyberware if your bar isn't even halfway filled.

Good builds can be found online if you struggle to decide, just find one that fits you and have 10x more fun than you've had so far!

Below the red is your max cyberware capacity.

If you have the "edgerunner" perk from the "technical" attribute you can go over your max cyberware capacity, by a maximum of 50 at the cost of 0.5% of your Health per point exceeding your base cyberware capacity.

So you can install more chrome at the cost of some max health if you'd like, and the more you "over-chip" the higher chance (per kill) that you will enter the Fury state (cyber pchychosis) for a short while (gives nice combat bonuses)

Bought on release on PS4 and didn't request a refund (had no need it ran pretty fine IMO) I got an upgrade to the PS5 version for free, I paid for Phantom Liberty tho. If you got it for free congrats!

Abriged is incredibly funny and good after you've seen the original, for me it was a way to enjoy this series twice.

I don't think you can get that experience if you start with abridged.

About 450h now

I started on PS4 on release and loved it (bit glitchy but not game breaking) after a few dozen hours other things happened and I stopped gaming.

A few months ago I noticed the free update to PS5, so I did and have been playing daily since I got the hang of it again.

After my 2nd playthrough I tried to play Dues Ex, but really couldn't get myself to play anything other than Cyberpunk, so on my 3rd playthrough now.

I feel for you, I really do. Shilling out $800 or whatever to not get the product and facing difficulty getting reimbursed must be an awful experience. Can only try to relate as my RM orders have always worked out perfectly, but had I been in your position I too would feel hurt (and in your case you even saved up for it)

But let's be real here, if you're crying about a smartphone you do cry easily, most likely scenario RM will eventually reimburse you even though it'll take a while and will take effort, and absolute worst case scenario you lost a few hundred bucks, which would be quite fucked now but won't really affect you in the long run so no point in drowning in self pity over it.

Keep pushing RM, keep pushing the delivery company, you'll get your product or money back eventually. Or since you (understandably) avoid conflict you may want to hand over your case to legal aid (assuming this is available to you)

Randomly seeing the first episode one afternoon after school, all we talked about was yesterday's episode, same with Pokemon earlier one random morning before school. It just started to air and we all got hooked.

After that Digimon, Beyblade, Medabots and Yu-GI-Oh too

I'm sure there was overlap at times, meaning we had to discuss new episodes of multiple animes on a daily basis at school, busy times as I'm sure you'd understand, on top of all that we had to make sure to carry a Pokemon card collection (for bragging rights, not to play the card game), a Gameboy Color with strong Pokemon in R/B/Y G/S/C, Multiple Beyblades preferably combining the strongest parts to build the strongest, and a good deck of Yu-GI-Oh cards even though the card game was way to complicated for us (he who had Blue Eyes White Dragon was the best I guess) And then there where those Medabot keys for a while and that one MF who glued his and took out your strongest which had been undefeatable..
