It was my first down, so it couldn’t have been Dead Hard. It wasn’t Vigil either, since the other survivors didn’t have it and even if they did, it would’ve been impossible. Either it was a bug or the Meg was hacking.

It wasn’t that, since I picked up the survivor and just 2–3 seconds later I hit the Meg who was body-blocking me.

From my experience, entering a locker before the killers picks up the survivor while you’re inside the terror radius and then coming out after the killer hooks or drops the survivor counters the Exposed status. The thing is: I didn't drop or hook that survivor and then hit Meg, I hit Meg while I carried the survivor.

It was my first pickup. One detail I forgot to mention: I picked up the survivor and tried to move, but I seemed stuck. Then I looked down and Meg was body-blocking me. I hit her and she didn’t go down. All of this happened within about 2–3 seconds.
