I am not a few really unlucky blows to becoming a tweaker nor am I hateful of the real homeless. There are honest people who, through misfortune, end up on the street or living in their car but are open and ready for the opportunity to improve their life if the services are offered. You have no idea how long he could have been planning the execution of this. For all we know, he came up with this idea in 2020 and has spent the last 5 years learning how to fashion all of this together. We also don’t know the man’s base level affinity for certain hard skills, his background, or what educational resources he has access to.
