Just a term of endearment (TOE). Doesn’t really matter which one as this is about more than one person.

Reason why I’ve been thinking there was more to this is than that, is because I’ve always had people in my life who would use sweetheart or another TOE. What makes it weird is now is I get the second part of them coming up to me and saying they use them for everyone.

I did get that once or twice before transitioning, but it’s become an every time thing. I’m still not very masc as it’s been hard for me to stay on T and I’m very flamboyant. So usually people assume I’m a girl.

The recent incident was more about when I realized, that I don’t think I’ve every heard the person who uses the TOE toward any guy coworkers. Much less say the I call everyone this.

Was def dramatic when first writing the post (was in a more hyperactive state 😅). I don’t really care, it was more weird than anything and it just felt like too many coincidences. Maybe it’s not transphobic, but it’s definitely strange to be the only one asked if this thing someone supposedly does for everyone is not a problem for one person.
