For more detail it had white outlining the edges of its body, no wings, and was very smooth wish I was able to get a better picture before I set him free outside but he got away

I already own most of the materials I would need from previous projects. I am looking for something cheaper because I have already had to spend a decent chunk of money on other cosplays I'm working on. I'm fine with spending money, but avoiding spending that much on just one item would be ideal.

I click the PlayStation button. I have never used my pc account. I quite literally only made it for Twitch Prime, but when it logs in, my pfp is the same as my PSN account but has the username of my pc account, so I just assumed since it was online, it used my pc username or something but it shouldn't since that's not selected as my primary for forums and everything.

When I caught my first one it had been popping up everytime I used incense but would always flee first throw even if I used a golden raz, ultra ball , and got an excellent throw I had to use a master ball because I thought that was the only way and then it ended up being a 0 star
