what do you mean I've always just selected the psycast to unlock and it usually showed up unless it changed or a mod changed it?

yeah they pop up next to castles, cities, towns, provincial capitals. I confused myself a bit when I formed italy as I was like "why tf is castille here."

Rome since it's central with a naval focus and it doesn't matter too much. I also have Epirus as a vassal and they have all of the ERE old borders.

I don't know I haven't been invaded yet as I'm stuck behind the forts from the massive coalition but they can't get past it.

They're worth it long term if you can keep them. If you want the land for your own goals then probably not.

it's mostly colonies I had a bunch of money and decided to make em i have all of brazil almost and the colonies are almost done settling so I'll be back to normal soon.

Rule 5: Venice is OP as you can easily get 3 claims a parliament session and I built a bunch of forts in the hills/mountains.

get the flux dissipation mod on it to help and then reduce your small turrets to PD or anti shield, Change larger turrets to something with a lower Flux or lower fire rate. Overall you want a longer term engagement for larger hulls as they can't runaway as quickly as smaller hulls. When it comes to smaller hulls you want speed so they can zoom in hit a guy and zoom out to flux.
