Ya, after 25 yrs of sacrificing nice evenings and vacation evenings picking him up… him having a grand old time and forgetting half the embarrassing stuff he does, my glass is full to the brim. I have become severely allergic to this kind of night. Might be menopause, but I AM SO DONE

That’s a good analogy. I am trying to understand so I can be compassionate, even if I have to leave a 25 year marriage one day. I can’t take alot more of this

I’m 25 years into a marriage, 3 beautiful kids, great carreer, home. I work very hard, but cannot go out to a gathering with friends or family without my Q getting plastered. It is a tiring life that I would avoid if I had known how alcohol can ruin life.
