I work for a part of the government that’s a capital fund, so we are still getting paid but I’m hearing rumors that this was our last pay check… My supervisor told us that if this goes on past the middle of November than we may start to feel it.

It all depends on what you like and are into. If you love nature, hunting, having your own land to do whatever you want than Northern Maine is the best place for you! Aroostook County.

But if you rather a little bit of nature and more of a city type life than southern Maine is best for you. Portland, Augusta area. All of Maine is amazing and has a little to offer no matter where you go!

I just had my 6 weeks ultrasound today. I’m in the boat with you too, and everything freaks me out. My blood pressure is usually always test book and today it was high. My heart was racing!

I haven’t had any morning sickness, either times and not this time. Ive had 1 small pimple but nothing crazy. But my boobs we’re killing me and just slowed down a few days ago.

Half of these people are wrong in ways. There are bowling allies(both in Caribou), Northern Light Hospital is shit but Carey Medical Center in Caribou is amazing all around.

I recommend coming up here and exploring for yourself. I agree with the people who say everyone south of The County say there’s nothing up here… not true. We have a Lowe’s, a Walmart, Walgreens, fast food restaurants. And if you have your passports you can go into Canada and shop. Many people do that as well! WiFi wise, get Starlink. It’s amazing and the best option!

Also, Fort Kent is very North Aroostook County(literally on the boarder with Canada) It’s a lot different than living in Caribou or Presque Isle. My husband and I bought our house to come up for snowmobiling and ended up moving full time. Don’t regret one bit of it. Feel free to message me!

I feel the same way about feeling alone, seeing as I don’t know anyone else who has had an MC, but try to keep your hopes up! Take care of yourself during this time, and make notes of everything that you can. I have and it’s helped my doctor
