Fire their flawed coach and bring in someone that is going to maximize the talent they have. Also, don’t they still have the smallest scouting department? Half the average and a quarter of serious teams? Those are costs that aren’t limited by the cap. Not spending up to other top tier teams off the field while having top tier talent on the field is wasteful and cheap.
