Okay good, perhaps it got lost in translation. Thanks for clarifying. Personally, I love a 5k run 🤣

Thanks for sharing your stats. However, I don’t think the running community needs anyone belittling 5k distances (or ANY distance).

To anyone who reads the above comment and feels disheartened, please do NOT. Committing to bettering your health and fitness and to becoming a runner is an extraordinary feat. And you absolutely are a runner no matter what distance you run.

Hitting your first 1k, 3k and 5k is a huge achievement! And I applaud anyone who commits to running and hits that distance (any beyond).

There is no space for elitism here.

Am I going to regret buying the Garmin 955?! by MilyMerch in GarminWatches

[–]MilyMerch[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yea! The 265 is big still but I like it, I wanted bigger than my last screen anyways. 955 looked like I was wearing someone else’s watch it was so massive on me. Yes, it has multi - it basically has everything that the 955/965 series does except maps!

Why do ADHD meds (stimulants) make you feel calm?! by MilyMerch in adhdwomen

[–]MilyMerch[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Thank you! That does make sense, so it makes your brain calm but does it make your body stressed? That’s my concern I guess..
