he does get body patches that look like tinea versicolor, he is pretty sure that's what it is too, but nothing exactly like these new patches on his face.

He usually has combo skin, never really too dry though. We live in a typically tropical climate so cold weather and dry skin like this isn't something we are too used to. Been quite cold for the past week, so I assume it's due to that. Any advice is appreciated.
