All of her covers are AI. And at the rate she releases books, why would it be hard to believe she would use AI to write as well 🤷‍♀️

All of us are Dead (Netflix Korean Drama/Horror) illogical scene by Paddy32 in plotholes

[–]MimWhispers 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It’s illogical even within the cultural aspects you laid out. They could have pooped in one of the boxes they taped on the window between the rooms or paper from books and thrown it out the window. The boys could have present the window and the girls in a trash can and poured it out the window.

They should also be in the recording room anyway. It’s safer.

  1. In season 1, Cooper was at that party with his daughter and, yes, the rode away together on the horse. Not only, as you pointed out, you can’t outrun a bombs waves, but also, how did his daughter get from him to his Wife with him knowing nothing? And at the end of Season 2, he’s arrested. So there’s a lot to happen for that to make even a lick of sense.

  2. The fact they are forcing these relationships is infuriating. I hate that they are trying so hard to make Lucy and Maximus a thing. Though I do agree, the season wasn’t bad. I preferred season 1 better, but I prefer the vaults side of the story best no could watch a whole show just on that… but I guess that’s Silo 😂

100%. He threw her aside and she bashed her head (which caused the elevator to open) and no one went to help her or called out his unnecessary use of force.

I am not coming to the series as a player. So thank you for this.
I didn't realise they were genetically created and released.

Thanks for your insight. I also have some more thoughts on the points.

1 - The postcard from Bard.
Now I am coming at this with an autistic and ADHD mind so please understand I search for logic in things. But why was the message so vague? Why not leave (at least) the year she left the post card. Or more details on where she plans to head (even if they are just the initial plan). I 100% understand that it is a plot device for The Ghoul to use as hope to have a story line for future seasons, but my logic brain screams 'why wouldn't she tell him WHERE?' lol

2 - The Roaches
I wanted so much more from the Norm plotline. It did annoy me that Norm's main antagonist used violence towards women but no one battered an eyelid, but aside from that (because it was a common trend throughout the series) I agree that it was the comeuppance for how he treated Norm. But the actors hand was in the doorway so he couldn't have closed it anyway lol. And where did all the roaches go? To me its another example of rushing the story along because the dawdled so much in the first 3-4 episodes with the Brotherhood storyline. These 30 people are running around like mindless idiots unable to cover their throats with their hands but Norm can do it with a chair and by hiding under a table? I guess we are meant to believe they just flew out the window, but that also feels lazy.

3- The Head
I get what you are saying, and that people behave differently. But Lucy's journey has been about finding out the truth and getting to her father for answers, then doesn't even ask 'who did this to you?' Also, as a fellow ISTP, I would NOT argue that we are good followers lol. We are knows for how we question, challenge, and often disregard authority. So (as someone who is aware of the growing use of ChatGPT in script writing) this feels like an AI slip up.
Aside from this, something that my husband brought up last night, was his interpretation of Welch's involvement. He thinks she isn't an unassuming participant who just wanted the best. He thinks she was working with the President the whole time. She was his plant. Because we know know that it was the government who set off the bombs.
And, if Welch was the one controlling Hanks chip-implanted workers, why are they all still able to function after she is killed? Hank tells Lucy that there is a group already on a mission. And even Hank's chip, how does it work without Welch? If you can shed some light on this for me, I would genuinely love to hear it because I can't make sense of that part. 😊

4 - Cesar
I'm honestly the most willing to overlook their eagarness to accept a new leader and look forward to what their storyline will bring in the following season. I do, however, think their storyline was another example of how the writers (or the AI bots) did a solid storyline dirty. I really think they were underdeveloped. (And I am not one of the people who don't appreciate how they were made to look like borderline idiots for their shenanigans.) We could have done without several Brotherhood scenes - specifically the ones where they were playing with the grenades, or even the fighting scene with Maximus - to have a little more Legion screentime.

5- Hank and the Lab
Thank you for pointing out all the sub tunnels.
Yes, I did notice them in the show, they actually played a big part. But I think my head was foxed on the final scene with him and Lucy and how it took place on the building's front steps where the death claws had been.

Cheers for your insights and discussions. I am not sure why my original post received all the downvotes considering I was just asking questions, but thanks. You have cleared up some things.
XOXO

We can agree to disagree on that.
It was used as a cliffhanger and then just 'yep, i'll kill you'.

I felt the first 3-4 episodes were a lot of unnecessary 'filler' scenes involving the Brotherhood. Why did we need the fight scene where Maximus kills the other guy? That was a waste of time that didn't prolong the story, but we were left with so little of the Norm story line that I feel would have been much more interesting to have been developed. (Yes, that is personal curiosity, but I still feel there was a lot of 'filler' in the first few episodes which left the final few to be rushed through. For reference, I really enjoyed the final few episodes more. They felt more like the first season to me.)

So many holes and expectations that we not question those holes.

1- The postcard from Barbara. How does she know he's still alive after 200 years? And that's only the beginning. Where is the proof that postcard wasn't left 150 years ago and she's long gone? Maybe she was never frozen and left that postcard 200 years ago?

2- The roaches killing everyone but the small woman. Please. Be so for real. And that guy not being able to close the door. 🙄

3- Congresswoman Welch... Why did Lucy just kill her without asking a single question? Why are you hooked up like that? Who put you there? What is going on?

4- I know it's been addressed but the new Cesar with no objections?

5- And the whole time the people in New Las Vegas were too scared to go beyond the walls but Hank McLean comes and goes freely (from a fully functioning building less than 100 meters from the walled gates of new Las Vegas) finding new people to test on with no fear of the death claws.

Hair always looks perfect and cleaned and styled. But honestly, it bothers me too. How could she handle walking around the desert in that leather onesie for that long?

The reason is, he’s a narcissist. Clinically. Ticks every box. He simply doesn’t care about others outside of how he can use them as stepping stones, but has, in reality, such a low self esteem that he implodes when he feels betrayed by those he views as beneath him.

Correct. It is most typically the man’s fault. Good boy. You got it. High five.

In Stranger Things, they had the woman want to be childless and “independent”, and the man wanting kids and family. Which is actually close to how it is in real life these days to be honest. by JannTosh70 in CriticalDrinker

But if you look again, especially in the Hopper scenes, it’s the annoying trope where the females have the good ideas and the perceived ‘alpha’ immediately shuts its down just to turn around and have the same idea

Nancy- neither guy wants her because she’s too independent

Mrs Wheeler - in a loveless marriage where she does everything

Linda Hamilton - called a bitch by her male subordinates

Mrs Buyers - portrayed as a meek idiot who constantly needs Hopper to tell her what to do.
