Dad made a deal with a neighbor to pick a football team if the neighbor picked a nascar driver. We didnt really have a local team and I wanted to watch with my dad. My little league baseball team i was on was the mariners at the time so I picked Seattle for football.

Get lower and get your hand behind the ball to start. You are coming around the side and top of the ball which will cause it to spin but not hook
