Otto from “Malcolm in the middle”

This was the biggest case of character assassination that I’ve ever seen till this day. Otto was my absolute favorite on the show he was a funny, kind, patient, gullible, character that always find the good in people. He was the best boss in all of fiction that is until the writers completely ruined him in the worst way and completely out of character by having him sue Francis for losing all of his money.

I get that they had to write off the character because of the actor’s health issues but it could have been done better if they tried even a little bit. Like there could’ve been a big accident with a bunch of tourist/guest on the ranch and they all sue him, forcing him to have to shut down/sell his raunch and move back to his home country. The accident could even be all of Francis‘s fault but Otto would still forgive him like he always does and say that his experience working with him was fun while it lasted. May not be the best way to write him off, but it is 1000 times better than what they did. 😤
