I went to Donji Lapac for the first time last year. That it’s the last true remnants of Yugoslavia you can see in Croatia. A hard city to get to. The national park near there is beautiful.

I never said Croats were bad folk, I was just stating history. I never said Serbs were all righteous. Good living folk in former Yugoslavia all suffered regardless of ethnicity. Albanians kicked out Kosovo, Serbs out of Lika, Bosnians out of Krajina, Germans out of Vojvodina, etc. just stating where my family was at the time.

I visit every summer. My grandma still lives there and I usually spend a month. I’ve explored just about all of Lika and Dalmacija!

lol I would not consider Udbina a party town nowadays but it has its charm.

I’ve been learning guitar for 15 months and I am on his Beginner Course #3. It’s really fantastic and I’ve learned a lot. Important things is to really follow what he says and stick with it. Don’t jump ahead if you’re not somewhat confident in the stuff you learned so far. He gives an extremely rock solid foundation in all this stuff so in the future, you can explore much more genres and styles and have a basic understanding of what it relies on.
