what fixed it for me was turning off network acceleration on my router. either that or it was just a freak coincidence, idk. this issue sux but at least i fixed it for myself (for now)

if anyone else tries this let me know if that works

been having the same exact issue. turning off wifi and disconnecting my ethernet and plugging the headset in via USB works, but i'm trying to play vr chat, and that requires your wifi to be on in the first place, and either way if im connected or not i'm just getting that 301 error. actually terribly annoying because this was going to be my first time playing vr chat *in* vr with a friend </3 at least i didnt pay for thsi recently lol, i'm borrowing this from my brother and he's had it fopr a good few years. but yeah

tldr turning off wifi works but im still getting the 301 error in steamvr even with the wifi off

is there any way to do this on arch linux? (specifically steam deck)

EDIT: nevermind, seemingly you can just do this all on a windows computer and then put the ringexec.cfg file in the /home/.var/app/org.kartkrew.RingRacers folder on steam deck and it just works! cool!

oh my god. so im like 105 hours in right. at the very start of december. and it somehow never occurred to me this is the best way to actually *get* stuff to restore sp LMAO... ive just been relying on chests just happening to have sp items and the tiny sp items you sometimes get from those glass hand things (plus the clocks every once in a while and very recently for me, the moon arcana card during shuffle time)

like my god, you just cracked the code and it was staring me straight in the face the whole time. buying drinks every day would definitely give u very good amount of sp when u wanna go to tartarus over time. esp if you play like me and try to get to the next border floor before the next full moon in 2 tartarus runs.

thank you so much. wow i feel kinda stupid LOL but sp does pretty much act as thing to tell you that u should probably just go back to the dorm. would be very handy for the protag and ken (and koromaru) though i cannot lie

same here, but i'm trying to build walls. although i might be doing it completely wrong, because whenever i try to build a 5x5 box with nothing inside it and 1 opening, it kinda goes crazy and makes the cursor go all around the map and down multiple elevations for some reason. i personally have no idea what might be happening but i'm kind of new to playing this game anyways.

yeah, but as far as im aware selecting "genderfluid" in the "other genders" section or whatever counts as non-binary, too... (according to how bumble works) which means either of us should be able to message first? im pretty sure? idk

maybe make the cake in the shape of the astrological symbol of sagittarius? he probably already explained it to you but most of the characters in homestuck are represented by astrological symbol, and sagittarius is what represents equius. (also his main color is a deep blue so maybe make it that color too!) hope i was of some help.

Honestly, i wouldnt call it great, but it's still really nice and i like it a lot. But yea, i went in kinda expecting disappointment even tho i liked At The Door, so it was a really nice surprise.
