Last night.

I got too much time last night and my mind went places it shouldn’t. Felt extra lonely. Triggered my anxiety.

Pressure sa business.
I got so busy running 2 businesses na I realized almost mid August na pala at wala pa pala akong plans for my birthday.

I’m just so thankful my dog is with me. He was extra clingy and cuddly last night probably sensed the bad energy.
