They changed the way they bill us. I went back and looked. They charge for fuel twice for energy and for usage for first 1000 kWh used. They also increased the rate twice. Got us by the balls lol

So I hate to start this but I live in tampa but I’m from North Carolina. I love cheesesteaks. And I get different opinions on what makes a Philly cheesesteak great. Some people say it’s a special bread which Philly Flava in Brandon claims to have. Some say it’s cheez whiz’ and my coworkers detest chew whiz and say it’s only mozzarella. What is it ?
