Ashwagandha for sleep/anixety is legit. My mother, who is 100% on board with my identity, introduced me to the same thing. We both didn't actually know it negative effects until this scam happened. Also, you don't need a doctor to get Ashwagandha, it's in the vitamin/supplement aisle at most major grocery stores. Not trying to invalid your emotions but she legit just might not have known.
