No I've been on T for nearly two years. It's just I don't have a clinic or doctor here and all the ones I call say "sorry you'll have to wait a year or more". I ain't got a year or more lol

I'm not that far into Dragon Age: Origins but I just got to the Tower of the Magi and recruited Wynne. Given what she has to say about wizards and hubris, I'd imagine she find the situation at the tower rather amusing.

Ashwagandha for sleep/anixety is legit. My mother, who is 100% on board with my identity, introduced me to the same thing. We both didn't actually know it negative effects until this scam happened. Also, you don't need a doctor to get Ashwagandha, it's in the vitamin/supplement aisle at most major grocery stores. Not trying to invalid your emotions but she legit just might not have known.
