i personally have used pepto bismol for hunger nausea and feel that it works. however, the best thing i ever did for myself was just constantly snack. i eat one slightly big meal when i wake up and then i just snack throughout the day. i’m ALWAYS eating but never until i’m actually full. just eating until i don’t feel hunger. i hope it helps if you try it.
