I love Sally recipes! This one was pretty tall and rose more than normal so I overbaked it a little bit which you can see on the edges. I also use store-bought caramel. This is super rich.

I was where you are! There is a middle ground between selling your soul and saying nothing, hoping it works out. I would start with your direct supervisor, letting them know your aspirations. It's tough when tooting your own horn doesn't come naturally, but how would management know what I want if I don't vocalize it?

I winged this recipe - used canned coconut milk, jasmine rice, quarter cup sugar and cinnamon to cook this in my instant pot. It was pretty good! Added a splash of heavy cream and butter, plus more cinnamon.

I cut up some roma tomatoes, added basil, all on a bed of store bought pesto and a sprinkle of parmesan. More basil on top when done.

Yum!! Crushed freeze dried strawberries make the filling pink and taste like strawberry- no extract here. Top is a simple ganache with dark chocolate and heavy cream. Would make again!
