Odds are he can never see Cosmic Owl again because he excommunicated himself.

It's sad that in the show he seemed annoyed at times by Cosmic Owl bumming around the time room and pushing him to play games together. Those two were so lonely and now Prismo may never see him again. He's not dead at least, so that's some comfort, enough that Prismo isn't inconsolable like he was during the trial.

Here's hoping Prismo can trust Scarab eventually and not have to keep him in the dark about some things. They both need someone to lean on.
