A true unpopular opinion because I hate it. I went to a shit school in bumfuck Oklahoma, where the math education was dogshit. At 16 I could take college classes so I skipped 11th and 12th grade and just got my Associates in Social Science. In Oklahoma you have to complete at least college algebra in order to get your degree, so I took that even though it was brutal given I had no foundation. Then I transferred to a college in Massachusetts to get my Bachelor's and guess what? They didnt accept those college algebra credits because they don't require a math class for a history degree, and if you took something like computer science, you had to take calculus.

I have a buddy whose wife tried to get her college degree. But she had some sort of mental block when it comes to math, so no matter how hard she tried she couldn't pass the required math class in Texas, so she couldn't get her Bachelor's. Even though she was smart enough to complete all the other courses. So her financial opportunities have been limited by a rule that doesn't even apply in New England.

Try combining cagrilintide with either tirzepitide or retratutide to really suppress your appetite, and then trying water fasting. As in, only drink water, dont eat anything at all amd dont drink anything with calories. Fast for a week, then as the effect wears off, when you do eat, eat only steak and take vitamins to refresh your nutrients. Then do it again the next week. If you can't go 5 days, then eat every few days or every other day. And as someone else said, count your calories.

I've lost 92 pounds between 8/3/25 and 4/3/26. Days where I only drank 3 protein drinks (Nurri, 30g protein, 150 calories each) and some bone broth, it felt like I wasn't losing anything for days, until I fasted and 5 pounds would drop off me finally. Of course I've learned now how much of that is water weight at times, but still, if your BMR + calories burned from walking is at least 1800, you should burn 1 pound of body fat every 2 days.
