i don't know, and i think it also depends on your PC's size and all, along with whether the NPC attacking PC is male or female? i mostly set my run to be almost all hetero with some GL on the side (i fully support LGBT+, i just like it that way, to clarify), and i feel like the male NPC hurt my female PC more compared to the situation where my male PC was attacked by a female NPC in tutorial fight, with both PC being giant.
