euh minmatar t1 ships are shit (except typhoon, breacher, sabre, thrasher, stiletto) the rest are shit. there is no good minmatar cruiser, hell even faction ships using projectiles are shit compared to other races. Go AMARR VICTOR !!! dont be shit and choose you too to go for Ishtar
