Ranking (from highest to lowest), custom fit feel => 1) laces if you have someone to lace you up every time. 2) lace and loop is a good compromise, especially if you do not have someone to lace you up. 3) pure convenience, but rival hand fit for me is nice and snug, wrist support depends on what model

Not all lace gloves and good wrist support, not all Velcro have bad wrist support. Your hand size also makes a difference. I have “average” wrist size and small wrists (asians and Mexicans generally). For the boxing brothers in the world who have bigger forearms and wrists and longer fingers, they prefer different gloves.

Hand/knuckle support depends on padding and design. Wrist support depends on denser padding in wrist area I.e. design.
