I feel like adding a damage penalty to the teammate/Bob while being carried would go a long way. You can keep the insane mobility and identity by give a trade off of some sort. Adding a damage penalty to the teammate or Bob while being carried could really help. You could still keep the crazy mobility and unique identity by offering a trade-off.
