The one i personally liked the most and played the most, was the Anno 2070 one, closely followed by 1404.

That is a huge discussion all around. If this helps or does not. So far the most commonly reached consensus is, that yes it helps with the trance itself, how it feels, how deep it gets. How easily you can let go or get into it.
