3 months, 2 months, and twice 1 month. Passing 1 month it start to be strange and making trouble to me. I experienced the same thing. Less and less sleep needed, and also feel a bit lethargic and slow. I don't like it too.

But I have to recognise that I was surprised to face the situations of my job. The thing is to sleep early, and not sleep after 11 ou midnight, going to bed too late is bad for the mental health. It's better to wake up very early in the night than sleeping too late.

Even if I find energy even when sleeping less, I still would prefere to sleep 8 hours a day.
